Terms & Conditions – Strapsicle Quarterly Colour Drop Subscription

By subscribing to the Strapsicle Quarterly Colour Drop, you agree to the following terms in addition to Strapsicle’s general Terms & Conditions, Shipping Policy, and Refund Policy.

1. What You’re Subscribing To

As a Founding Subscriber, you will receive one Straps + Clutch bundle in each new quarterly colour, delivered automatically every 3 months. Each bundle includes:

• One set of Straps (2 straps, wearable Left-Right or Right-Left)
• One matching Clutch

The first colour in the series is Butter Yellow. Future colours will be selected periodically, including input from the Strapsicle community

2. Launch & First Shipment

This subscription is available for pre-order now. The first shipment (Butter Yellow) will begin dispatching on or around first week of September, once the product is available and ready to ship.Shipping lead times (e.g. dispatch and delivery timeframes) will only begin counting from this product availability date, not from the date your pre-order was placed. Placing a pre-order today does not mean your item ships within our standard shipping window — it means you’re reserving your place in line for when the product becomes available.Subsequent shipments will follow every 3 months from that date. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays, or during high-volume periods, may be dispatched with a short delay.

3. Billing

• Your payment method will be charged for each quarterly bundle at the then-current subscription price.
• Strapsicle reserves the right to change subscription pricing for future billing cycles. You will be notified by email at least 30 days before any price change takes effect, and may cancel before the new price applies.

4. Size & Colour

• Straps and Clutch sizes are locked in at the size you select when subscribing and will be used for all future shipments unless you update your preferences.
• Colours are pre-set by Strapsicle for each quarterly drop and are not customer-selectable; this is part of the “surprise drop” nature of the subscription.

5. Skipping, Pausing & Cancelling

• You may skip an upcoming shipment, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time via your account subscription portal.
• Changes must be made before your next scheduled billing date to apply to the upcoming cycle. Changes made after this window will take effect from the following cycle.
• There is no minimum commitment period — you may cancel at any time.

6. Shipping

Subscription bundles ship according to Strapsicle’s standard Shipping Policy, with lead times counted from each bundle’s availability/dispatch date rather than the order date (see Section 2 for the first shipment). Shipping costs for subscription orders are included / are calculated at checkout.

7. Returns, Exchanges & Fit

• Each shipment is covered by Strapsicle’s standard 30-day Refund Policy for change of mind or order errors, and by the Free Fit Guarantee for sizing issues (one free replacement per shipment, same colour only, request within 30 days of receipt).
• Faulty items will be replaced or refunded upon proof of fault (photos required).
• As colours are unique to each quarterly drop, colour exchanges are not available once a shipment has been sent.

8. Availability & Substitutions

If a specific size or clutch style becomes unavailable for a given quarterly drop, Strapsicle will contact you to choose an alternative / substitute the closest available size and notify you / delay your shipment until stock is available].

9. Changes to the Program

Strapsicle may modify, pause, or discontinue the Quarterly Colour Drop Subscription at any time. Active subscribers will be notified by email in advance, and any remaining subscription value will be honoured or refunded.
