Strapsicle is based in Sydney, Australia and we ship worldwide.
Most of the orders are processed within 1-2 business days of purchase. If you place your order over the weekend or public holiday, it will be sent out the following business days.
During sale periods, we may take a little longer to get your order sent out. Please allow for additional dispatch time during busy periods such as sale periods.
We are not responsible for orders lost in transit or for any additional fees such as customs, tax, etc.
