When will my order ship?

The Valkyrie series is in production now. It ships to our warehouses in early November, then to customers in late November. You will get an email with tracking the moment yours is on the way.

Which devices do the straps and clutch fit?

Straps come in Small, Medium, Large and a Kobo Libra size. Check our size guide for your model. The clutch comes in Regular and Large, and the product page lists the dimensions.

Is this officially licensed?

Yes. The Valkyrie series is officially licensed from Sarah J. Maas.

What if I get the wrong size?
