Once you hit $40 AUD in commission, you’ll get paid out. Commissions are recorded 30 days after each sale to account for any returns or refunds.

1. PURPOSE

By submitting, posting, tagging, or otherwise providing content to Strapsicle (“Company”), you (“Affiliate”) agree to grant the Company permission to use such content for marketing, promotional, and commercial purposes.

2. CONTENT COVERED

“Content” includes, but is not limited to:

• Photos, videos, and graphics
• Written materials, captions, reviews, testimonials, and blogs
• Social media posts (including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and similar platforms)
• Any other media that features or references Strapsicle, its products, or services

3. GRANT OF RIGHTS

By providing Content, you grant Strapsicle a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, transferable, and sublicensable license to:

• Use, reproduce, edit, modify, adapt, publish, and distribute the Content
• Display the Content across all marketing channels, including:
• Social media platforms
• Digital advertisements
• Websites and e-commerce platforms
• Email marketing campaigns
• Retail partner channels (including in-store and online placements)
• Use your social media handle, likeness, and brand identity in connection with the Content

4. DURATION

This Agreement is granted on a perpetual basis and will remain in effect unless revoked in writing.
Revocation will not apply to Content already published or distributed.

5. COMPENSATION

Unless otherwise explicitly agreed in writing:

• No additional compensation is required for the use of the Content

6. REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES

By providing Content, you confirm that:

• You own or have full rights to the Content
• The Content does not infringe on any third-party rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights
• Any individuals appearing in the Content have provided proper consent

7. COMPANY RIGHTS

Strapsicle:

• Is not obligated to use any Content
• May edit or adapt the Content to align with branding or campaign requirements
• May use the Content with or without attribution

8. TERMINATION

You may request termination of this consent in writing. However:

• Strapsicle may continue to use Content already in circulation
• Previously published materials are not required to be removed

9. ACCEPTANCE

By submitting content, tagging Strapsicle, using campaign hashtags, or otherwise providing Content to Strapsicle, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.

Strapsicle Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

1. Overview

Welcome to the Strapsicle Affiliate Program! By applying to or participating in our program, you (“Affiliate”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms govern your relationship with Strapsicle (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

2. Eligibility

To join the Strapsicle Affiliate Program, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Provide accurate and complete information upon signup
- Have active and authentic social media accounts or platforms

We reserve the right to approve or decline any application at our discretion.

3. Affiliate Expectations

As a Strapsicle Affiliate, you agree to:

- Represent the brand in a positive, authentic, and respectful manner
- Promote Strapsicle products honestly and without misleading claims
- Comply with all applicable laws, advertising standards, and platform guidelines
-Clearly disclose your affiliate relationship where required (e.g., #ad, #affiliate)

4. Commission & Payouts

- Affiliates earn commission on qualifying purchases made through their unique referral links or codes.
- Commission rates, payout schedules, and minimum payout thresholds will be communicated separately and may be updated at any time.

Payout Requirement:

- Affiliates must connect their social profiles in Social Snowball in order to receive their payout.
- Failure to properly connect accounts may result in delayed or forfeited commissions.

5. Content & Usage Rights

By participating in the Strapsicle Affiliate Program, you grant Strapsicle a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, edit, publish, and distribute any content you create featuring or promoting Strapsicle products.

This includes (but is not limited to):
- TikTok, Instagram, and other social media content
- Photos, videos, and UGC
- Reviews, testimonials, and captions

This content may be used across Strapsicle’s marketing channels, including paid ads, website, email, and social media, without additional compensation unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Prohibited Activities

Affiliates may not:

- Make false or misleading claims about Strapsicle products
- Engage in spam, fraudulent activity, or artificial traffic generation
- Run unauthorized paid ads using Strapsicle’s brand name or trademarks
- Impersonate Strapsicle or misrepresent your relationship with the brand
- Post or associate the brand with offensive, harmful, or inappropriate content

Violations may result in immediate removal from the program and forfeiture of commissions.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your affiliate account at any time, with or without notice.

8. Changes to the Program

Strapsicle may update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of any changes.

9. Limitation of Liability

Strapsicle is not liable for indirect or consequential damages or loss of earnings due to program changes.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by applicable laws.
