Strapsicle was born in Sydney, Australia, but we have various warehouses to ship our products all over the world.

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days from the order date. If you place your order over the weekend or public holiday, it will be sent out the following business days.

Please allow for additional dispatch time during busy periods, including our sale events.

We are not responsible for orders lost in transit or for any additional fees such as customs, tax, tariffs etc.

Tracking numbers for international orders will be provided within 3 to 4 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be sent out the next business day, and during busy periods such as sales or new product launches, dispatch may take a little longer.
