Find Your Device Type and Strap Size

We know how important it is to find the perfect fit for your device. That’s why we’ve created a simple size guide to help you determine whether our Strapsicle straps will work with your e-reader.

1. Find Your Device Type

Kindle

• Click the three dots in the corner of your device.
• Navigate to your Kindle’s Settings menu.
• Open Device Options.
• Tap Device Info.
• The first item on the list will show your device’s model.

Kobo

• From the home screen click the More button on the bottom right of your device.
• Click Settings.
• Your Kobo device name will be next to the About section.

2. Find Your Strap Size

Now you know your device type, select the name below to find your strap size.

1. Same Colour Only – Replacement straps must be the same colour as your original order.
2. One-Time Exchange – The Free Fit Guarantee applies to one replacement per original order.
3. Proof of Fit Issue – We may request a photo of your strap on your device to confirm sizing.
4. Return May Be Required – In some cases, we may ask you to return the original item before we send your new size.
5. Eligibility Window – Requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
6. Non-Transferable
   – The guarantee only applies to purchases made directly from Strapsicle
   and cannot be transferred or combined with other offers.
7. Exclusions – The guarantee does not cover colour changes, wear and tear, or damage from incorrect use.
