EDITED: I am SO sorry strapsicle friends!! I apparently cannot read! The straps are made to not click the on/off button if you read the note on the inside and properly install them.

I think the straps are awesome! However, they were not compatible with the clear case i already owned from amazon because the corners of tbe case were raised to protect the screen. I was content to go "naked" and have no case on my oasis, however, the straps turn the kindle on and off with use because they depress the raised power button. So i had to order the strapsicle case as well.
