Faulty Items/ Warranty
If your product is noticeably damaged when it arrives, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org right away to get a replacement and complete the required paperwork. Keep in mind that regular wear and tear is not considered a product problem.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Please make your selection thoughtfully. We offer 30 day returns but all shipping costs are at the buyers expense if there has been a mistake made in size selection during the order process. All returns must be in original packaging, and product should not have any damage.
If our product is faulty, we will provide a replacement, no need to send back. We will need to see photos of damage.

Once item is received and inspected, we will issue an invoice for postage costs, to send the correct size to you.

If you made a mistake in your order, please send us an email right away with the subject line ‘CHANGE’ or ‘CANCEL,’ within 2 hours, and we will accommodate your request. If more than 2 hours have elapsed since your order was placed, you will need to follow our standard refund procedure. Since we strive to dispatch your orders as promptly as possible, there might be instances where an order is processed before we can make changes. We cannot guarantee modifications to your order once it’s been placed, so please choose your items with care.
Late or missing refunds

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
